Advantage Building Systems, Inc. is a family run business owned and operated by Bill and Dawn Spratt. Centrally located in Clinton, Massachusetts, we serve the New England Area. We are an independent dealer of Barden Homes with over 15 years of construction, engineering, and project management experience. Like you, we too were looking at building our dream home three years ago. Our custom home plans were priced as both stick built and modular homes options. We found Barden homes and let them quote our custom home design. We found a significant savings and an opportunity to build our own home. Half way through our home construction we started Advantage Building Systems, Inc. due to our own success. Our mission is to provide families with an opportunity to build their dream homes at an affordable price.
